I’ve been training with Natania since July of 2011, not long after I arrived in LA. When I lived in Seattle I worked with some really outstanding trainers, and so I was nervous about finding someone equally great in SoCal. Lucky me – Natania has proven to be the finest trainer I’ve ever had the privilege of working out with. Natania is extremely knowledgeable about how the body works and she made some distinctions that no one else ever had within just a few sessions, and we’ve targeted those areas since, with great improvement. Natania and I met on the Santa Monica College racetrack. She was extremely helpful after I explained the frustration I have been experiencing with my knees. I am relatively new to running and I am learning now how  to do it the right way. Natania showed me several exercises that I could do to immediately help improve my weak knees and watched me as I ran to see which areas of my body would require the most improvements. She walked me through all the exercises and within 48 hours created a personal work out plan with diagrams of all of the exercises that we went over.
